About Car Sort
Car Sort turns the sorting puzzle into a tiny traffic system. Instead of tubes there are garages, each holding a grid of brightly coloured cars, and between them runs a short road with a traffic light. You never move single cars by hand: you tap a garage, its front cars drive out onto the road, and they park in a garage that matches their colour.
After the colourful title art, the game opens straight into a guided level 1. A cheerful blue cartoon car explains the rules in speech bubbles: "Tap a garage to send its front cars onto the road!" and then "Cars park in matching garages. Fill a garage with one color to clear it!" Level 1 had three garages, with blue cars on the left, red on the right and a mixed garage of red over blue in the middle. Two taps cleared it.
Above the road a counter reads SPACE, with 0/12 on level 1 and 0/14 on level 2. It sits right on the road, and we read it as the number of cars the road can hold while they wait for a garage, so it is worth watching as levels get busier. Three boosters sit under the board, each with a plus sign: Fill Garage, More Space and Shuffle.
The top bar has a pause button, the level number and a heart with a number next to a timer. We saw 4 hearts and a timer counting down from about 15 minutes, which looks like the time until the next heart; it is not a level clock, and nothing hurried us while we played.
Winning shows a "WIN!" banner and sometimes a new car for your collection. After level 1 we unlocked a Bus, and the next screen said a Mystery Car unlocks in 3 levels, with a Collection button beside Next. Level 2 grew to five garages arranged around a looped road, with purple, blue, yellow, green and red cars.
In our test the game did not start a video ad while it loaded or during level 1. An ad did play after we pressed Next to go to level 2.

Tips & strategy
- Before tapping, look at which colour sits at the front of each garage; that is what will drive out.
- Tap garages whose front cars already have a matching garage, so they park instead of waiting on the road.
- Watch the SPACE counter on the road as levels get bigger.
- Fill Garage, More Space and Shuffle are there for emergencies, so try each level without them first.
