Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit PlayHoleGames (the "Site"), how it is used, and what choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, address or payment details. When you visit the Site, the following information may be collected automatically by us or by the third parties described below:
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page and pages visited.
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, device identifiers).
- If you email us, your email address and the content of your message, used only to reply.
2. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Site and its partners may use:
- Essential cookies needed for the Site to work and to remember your consent choices.
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which games are popular), if analytics is enabled.
- Advertising cookies set by third-party ad vendors to show, measure and personalise ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site or games work.
3. Third-party advertising
The Site may display ads served by third parties, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu. For more on how Google uses data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. Embedded games
Games on the Site are embedded from third-party game distribution platforms (such as GameMonetize). When you load a game, content is served from that platform's servers, which may set their own cookies, collect technical data and show their own ads under their own privacy policies. We do not control these third parties.
5. Your cookie choices
On your first visit the Site shows a cookie banner where you can choose Accept all or Reject non-essential. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (under the name phg_consent) so that we do not ask again on every page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
At the time of writing, the Site itself does not load any advertising or analytics scripts. If we add them in future, they will only run according to the choice you made in the banner, and users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalised ads are shown. We will update this policy when that happens.
Please note that the games are embedded from a third-party platform (see section 4). A game is only loaded when you press its Play button; once loaded, that platform may set its own cookies and show its own ads under its own privacy policy, independently of the choice stored by our banner.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention and security
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and for our records. Data collected by third parties is retained under their policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
